Wine Bar Georgie is located in the Landing of Disney Springs, across from Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar and next to Raglan Road. The best garage to park in when heading to Disney Springs to visit Wine Bar George is the Lime Garage. From the Lime Parking Garage, guests will head down the escalators to the main entrance of Disney Springs and then head straight until Wine Bar George is on your right.
One of the best parts about Wine Bar George is that they not only have sit-down dining, but they also have take out as an option to experience the amazing drink and food items. “The Basket” is located to the right of Wine Bar George, and it is where guests can order select menu items on-the-go. At the Basket you will see a register window located under an awning with several tables right next to it. Here you can build a picnic basket of assorted sandwiches, cookies, and bites and boxes. They have several different wines on tap including reds, whites, and a rose. There are many beer and cider options as well. The biggest kept secret, though, is that at the Basket guests can also find the famous frozcato and frose.
Wine Bar George offers two specialty experiences for guests to book, the Guado Experience and the King’s Experience. During the Guado Experience, guests will be given cheese and charcuterie along with 1 ounce of every vintage of Antinori Guado al Tasso from 2004 to 2014 ($249 per person, includes tax and gratuity). The King’s Experience offers guests an opportunity to taste four wines from four of the best wineries in the world ($373.50 per person, includes tax and gratuity).
George Miliotes, the owner of Wine Bar George, is known in the restaurant industry as a renowned wine expert. George originally helped to open the California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, and he was the manager from 1995 to 2002. He was known at California Grill for creating an award-winning wine list, a list spanning over 100 wines; this wine list was one of the very first of that length. In March 2007, George officially became a Master Sommelier, one of 256 in the world, and travels around the world to gain knowledge and build relationships. Wine Bar George is the only wine bar led by a Master Sommelier in the state of Florida.
The design for Wine Bar George is similar to a winemaker’s home estate with a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. Upon walking up to the establishment, guests are greeted by a red brick building with red awnings all around it. Along with the Basket area located outside the restaurant, guests will see the building also has an outdoor bar area that is open during acceptable weather. A patio on the second floor welcomes guests who are wanting to enjoy the outdoors. When walking in to Wine Bar George, guests will find a large U-shaped bar and some small high top tables situated around the bar. Table seating can be found upstairs, with large wine barrels used as the tables (these tables fit up to six people), as well as some traditional table seating. A smaller secondary bar can also be found upstairs. Staying true to its name, Wine Bar George displays many wine features and details throughout the restaurant. The stairs are made with wine corks, providing a fun architectural detail, while giving tribute to the overall purpose of the restaurant.
At Wine Bar George, guests can find a selection of over 140 wines by the bottle, glass, or ounce (ranging from $11 to $102). Wine Bar George was even awarded the Best Micro Wine List in the World for 2019, so guests really cannot go wrong with any wine on the list.
Several different charcuterie board options await guests when they dine here. They have six main entree options for brunch, with the favorites being sausage gravy and biscuits, french toast, and eggs benedict. Side options include homemade biscuits, polenta cakes, and potato hash. It would not be a brunch without morning cocktails, and they have several options such as the sangria, the “Wake-Up Call” featuring espresso, and apreol rose spritz featuring prosecco. Several sweet options are available including cookies, key lime pie, and cinnamon bun. Appetizer options include crispy mac & cheese bites, grilled romaine, and hummus. Frozen drinks like the frozcato and frozcato mimosa, which Wine Bar George is known for, and a frose ($13 each) can always be found here no matter the day or hour. The frozcato is a mixture of Dole Whip pineapple and vodka, and it has easily become a favorite drink of many Disney fans.
For lunch there are different entree options including the steak frites, BLT+C, Teriyaki Salmon Salad, and Chicken Salad Sandwich ($12 to $13 for the sandwiches and $18 to $19 for the other two entree options). Family style plates of wine-braised chicken, skirt steak, and grilled sea bass (each around $70) can be found on the lunch menu. Kids meals are available, as well as a couple dessert options.
For dinner guests can find all of the same drink options and small plates/appetizers. The entrees offered include Santa Carota Short Ribs and Bell & Evans Chicken Breast ($39 for the ribs and $26 for the chicken breast). Key lime pie, a pairing of 3 wines and 3 chocolates, white and dark chocolate trifle, and olive oil cake are what awaits guests for sweet desserts ($7 to $8 for the cakes; $25.00 for the chocolate experience).
For kids, they have more than enough food options including crispy chicken tenders, house-made meatballs, mac & cheese, and a hot dog.

Wine Bar George brings such a unique pace to the hustle and bustle of Walt Disney World. While being in the heart of it all, Wine Bar George transports you to wine country, providing all the peace of the countryside with the homey atmosphere of a dinner with close friends. With exceptional menu items, from the best of the best wine choices to the famous frozen drinks to the perfect small plates for any time of day, Wine Bar George has everything any adult at Disney World could need. This is the perfect place for a couple or older family to enjoy some time away from the chaos of Disney and enjoy the quality time together. It is probably not the best place to bring children on Disney property, as there is not a lot of room to run around, and there are limited options for the kids’ entrees as well as things for them to do. Wine Bar George can be seen more as a social happy-hour type restaurant than a long sit-down dinner place. While they do offer dinner entree options, Wine Bar George specializes in their drinks and their brunch. If guests are planning to stop by here sometime, brunch would be the ideal time to try out the best of this restaurant. While dining, guests will most likely even get to meet Master Sommelier George Miliotes!
